The Senior President of Tribunals has decided, following a consultation, how to exercise the power to determine the composition of the Employment Tribunals and Employment Appeal Tribunal.
The attached consultation response (below) explains the decisions the SPT has made in light of the consultation.
Also attached is a draft of the practice direction which will implement those decisions, which will be issued and come into effect on 29 October 2024.
