As from Wednesday 5 October 2016, the procedures and practices stated in the practice note for proceedings before SIAC will be followed in all cases, save where there is direction otherwise.
On 6 December 2018 a Practice Note on Anonymity Orders and Related Issues was also published.
The document below is the List of Legal Representatives referred to in paragraphs 51 and 52 the Commission’s Practice Note on Anonymity Orders and Related Issues. Pursuant to paragraph 52 of the Practice Note, the Practice Note came into force with the publication of this List on the Commission’s website on 28 June 2019.
