Non-Legal Members of the Employment Tribunal — Pre-Application Seminar 2025
The Judicial Appointments Commission (JAC) will be launching a selection exercise in September to recruit Non-Legal Members of the Employment Tribunal.
The seminar
The Judicial Office is organising a pre-application seminar that will take place online via Microsoft Teams from 5-6pm on Thursday 4 September 2025.
The seminar aims to help applicants be better prepared to make an application and to receive up-to-date guidance and advice on the JAC’s selection process. As well as the JAC, you will also hear from President of the Employment Tribunal Judge Clarke alongside current employment tribunal members and judges.
Who should attend?
Candidates are expected to have at least five years’ experience of dealing with employment relations issues.
Applications are particularly welcome from underrepresented groups (women, ethnic minority candidates, disabled candidates).
