Background information District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) Harmes was called to the Bar (Gray’s Inn) in 1993. He was appointed as a Fee-paid Immigration Judge (Asylum and Immigration Tribunal) in 2006 and a District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) in 2014.
