Appointment First-Tier Tribunal Judge Health, Education and Social Care Chamber (First-Tier)

Gareth Peter Brien Brandon has been appointed as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal on the advice of the Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Sir Ernest Ryder.

The Senior President of Tribunals has assigned him to the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber, to exercise the Special Educational Needs and Disability, Care Standards and Primary Health Jurisdictions within that chamber, with effect from 2^nd December 2019.

Gareth Peter Brien Brandon, aged 39, will be known as Judge Brandon. He was admitted to the roll in 2006.
