Appointment First-Tier Tribunal Judge Immigration and Asylum Chamber (First-Tier)

Cheryl Jane Dainty has been appointed as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal by the Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Sir Ernest Ryder.

The Senior President of Tribunals has assigned her to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber with effect from 3 February 2020.

Cheryl Jane Dainty, aged 38, will be known as Judge Dainty. She was called to the Bar (I) in 2006.
