Appointment as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Immigration and Asylum Chamber: Graeme Clarke

Graeme Samuel Clarke has been appointed as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal by the Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Sir Keith Lindblom.

The Senior President of Tribunals has assigned him to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber with effect from 10 May 2021.

Background Information

Graeme Samuel Clarke, aged 50, will be known as Tribunal Judge Graeme Clarke. He was admitted to the Roll in 2004. He was appointed as a fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Social Entitlement Chamber in 2013. He was also assigned to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber in 2014.
