Appointment as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Property Chamber: Sheftel

Appointment First-Tier Tribunal Judge Property Chamber (First-Tier)

Andrew Lawson Baylies Sheftel has been appointed as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal by the Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Sir Ernest Ryder.

The Senior President of Tribunals has assigned him to the Property Chamber with effect from 24 February 2020.

Andrew Lawson Baylies Sheftel, aged 41, will be known as Judge Sheftel. He was called to the Bar (I) in 2004. He was appointed as a Chairman to the Residential Property Tribunal (Wales) in 2013.
