Appointment as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Social Entitlement Chamber: Hobbs

Alexander James Hobbs has been appointed as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal by the Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Sir Ernest Ryder.

The Senior President of Tribunals has assigned him to the Social Entitlement Chamber with effect from 20 January 2020.

Notes to editors

Alexander James Hobbs, aged 47, will be known as Judge Hobbs. He was admitted to the Roll in 2000.
