The Lord Chancellor, The Right Honourable Robert Buckland QC MP, has appointed Richard James Adkinson to be a Salaried Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales). Richard James Adkinson will be assigned to the Midlands East Region in the principal hearing centre Leicester with effect from 16th September 2019.

Richard James Adkinson, aged 42 will be known as Employment Judge Adkinson. He was called to the Bar (M) in 2001. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2015 and as a Deputy District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) in 2017.
