Appointment of a Salaried Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales): Hawksworth
The Lord Chancellor, The Right Honourable David Gauke MP, has appointed Emma Jane Hawksworth to be a Salaried Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales). Emma Jane Hawksworth will be assigned to the to the South East Region in the principal hearing centre Reading with effect from 8th July 2019.

Emma Jane Hawksworth, aged 50 will be known as Employment Judge Hawksworth. She was admitted as a Solicitor in 1997. She was appointed as a Fee-paid Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales) in 2013 and Fee-paid Judge of the First Tier Tribunal, assigned to the Social Entitlement Chamber in 2019.
