The Lord Chancellor, The Right Honourable David Gauke MP, has appointed Rhodri Wyn McDonald to be a Salaried Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales). Rhodri Wyn McDonald will be assigned to the North West Region in the principal hearing centre Manchester with effect from 16th September 2019.

Rhodri Wyn McDonald, aged 51 will be known as Employment Judge McDonald. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1993. He was appointed as a Fee-paid Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales) in 2013 and was authorised to sit as a Judge for the Immigration and Asylum Chamber from 2017-2018.
