The Senior President of Tribunals, The Right Honourable Sir Ernest Ryder, has appointed Trevor Jones to be a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber with effect from 20 June 2019.

Trevor Jones, aged 61 was admitted as a Solicitor in 1986. He was appointed as a Fee-paid Judge of the First-Tier Tribunal, Social Entitlement Chamber in 1999, he was then assigned to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber in 2001 and the Health Education and Social Care chamber in 2010.
