Appointment of a Senior Circuit Judge, Designated Family Judge: Singleton QC

The Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon, has appointed Her Honour Judge Sarah Louise Singleton QC to be a Senior Circuit Judge, Designated Family Judge at Manchester Civil Justice Centre with effect from 6 January 2020.

Notes to editors

 Sarah Louise Singleton QC, aged 57, will continue to be known as Her Honour Judge Singleton QC. She was called to the Bar (M) in 1983 and took Silk in 2006. She was appointed as a Recorder in 1999 and as a Circuit Judge in 2012.
