Appointment of a Senior Circuit Judge, Designated Family Judge: Steven Parker
The Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon, has appointed His Honour Judge Steven Parker to be a Senior Circuit Judge, Designated Family Judge at Liverpool Civil and Family Court with effect from 1 September 2020.

Steven Parker, aged 54, will continue to be known as His Honour Judge Steven Parker. He was called to the Bar (G) in 1987. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2000, as a Recorder in 2008, as a Circuit Judge in 2013 and authorised to act as a Judge of the High Court under s9(1) sitting in the Family Division in 2016.
