Appointment of Judge in Charge of the Commercial Court
The President of the Queen’s Bench Division is happy to announce that, following an Expressions of Interest exercise, Mr Justice Foxton has been appointed Judge in Charge of the Commercial Court. The appointment is from 1 August 2022 to 31 July 2024. The President of the Queen’s Bench Division wishes Mr Justice Foxton well in his new role.

Mr Justice Foxton was called to the Bar by Gray’s Inn in 1989. He was appointed a Recorder in 2009, a Deputy High Court Judge in 2017 and a High Court Judge in 2020.
