Circuit Judge Appointment: Andrew Moore
The Queen has appointed Andrew David Moore to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of The Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Robert Buckland QC MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Northern Circuit, based at Manchester Civil Justice Centre with effect from 18 November 2019.

Andrew David Moore, aged 57 will be known as His Honour Judge Andrew Moore. He was called to the Bar (I) in 1996. He was appointed as a Recorder in 2016.
