Circuit Judge Appointment: Carter

The Queen has appointed Rosalyn Frances Carter to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Lidington MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the Midland Circuit, based at Birmingham Civil Justice Centre with effect from 29 January 2018.

Notes to editors 

Rosalyn Frances Carter, aged 48, will be known as Her Honour Judge Carter. She was called to the Bar in 1994 and was appointed as a Recorder in 2012.
