Circuit Judge Appointment: Case

The Queen has appointed Richard John Case to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Slough Family Court with effect from 27 September 2021.

Background Information

Richard John Case, aged 47, will be known as His Honour Judge Richard Case. He was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1996. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2010 and as a District Judge in 2018.
