Circuit Judge Appointment: Casey

The Queen has appointed Noel Casey to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Robert Buckland QC MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Snaresbrook Crown Court with effect from 6 September 2021.

Background Information

Noel Casey, aged 58, will be known as His Honour Judge Casey. He was called to the Bar (Lincoln’s Inn) in 1995. He was appointed as a Recorder in 2016.
