Circuit Judge Appointment: Clarke

The Queen has appointed Helen Clarke to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.  

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Brighton Family Centre with effect from 19 September 2022.

Background Information

Helen Clarke will be known as Her Honour Judge Helen Clarke. She was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1988. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2005 and as a District Judge in 2010.
