Circuit Judge Appointment: Hyams-Parish

The Queen has appointed Antony Hyams-Parish to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Croydon Crown Court with effect from 8 August 2022.

Background Information

Antony Hyams-Parish will be known as His Honour Judge Hyams-Parish. He was called to the Bar in 1995 and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2000. He was appointed as an Employment Judge in 2019 and as a Recorder in 2022.
