Circuit Judge Appointment: Timothy Parker

The Queen has appointed Timothy John Russell Parker to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Canterbury County Court with effect from 4 January 2022.

Background Information

Timothy John Russell Parker, aged 60, will be known as His Honour Judge Timothy Parker. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1986. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 1999 and as a District Judge in 2003.
