Circuit Judge Appointment: Walker

The Queen has appointed Timothy Robert Walker to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Robert Buckland QC MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Chelmsford Crown Court with effect from 14 April 2020.

Notes to editors 

Timothy Robert Walker, aged 52, will be known as His Honour Judge Tim Walker. He was admitted to the roll in 1995. He was appointed as a Recorder in 2016.
