Circuit Judge Appointment: Watson
The Queen has appointed Kirstie Ann Watson to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the North Eastern Circuit, based at Sheffield Combined Court with effect from 18 July 2022.

Kirstie Ann Watson will be known as Her Honour Judge Kirstie Watson. She was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1994. She was appointed as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Social Entitlement Chamber in 2018 and as a Recorder in 2019.
