District Judge Appointment: Chloë Phillips

The Queen has appointed Chloë Victoria Jane Phillips to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Robert Buckland QC MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the Midland Circuit, based at Birmingham Civil and Family Justice Centre with effect from 2 April 2020.

Chloë Victoria Jane Phillips, aged 48, will be known as District Judge Chloë Phillips. She was admitted to the Roll in 1996. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2007.
