District Judge Appointment: Crispin Owen

The Queen has appointed Crispin John Guy Owen to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Robert Buckland QC MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Hastings County Court with effect from 4 November 2019.

Crispin John Guy Owen, aged 60 will be known as District Judge Crispin Owen. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1983. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2015.
