District Judge Appointment: Guirguis
The Queen has appointed Sheren Guirguis to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the Northern Circuit, based at Liverpool County Court with effect from 8 November 2021.
Background Information
Sheren Guirguis, aged 47, will be known as District Judge Guirguis. She was called to the Bar (Inner Temple) in 1996. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2019.
