District Judge Appointment: Hynes
The Queen has appointed Kelly Marie Hynes to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Robert Buckland QC MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the Wales Circuit, based at Aberystwyth Civil and Family Court and Wrexham Civil and Family Court with effect from 6 January 2020, on a salaried part-time basis of 80%.

Kelly Marie Hynes, aged 36 will be known as District Judge Hynes. She was admitted as a Solicitor in 2007. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2013.
