The Queen has appointed Suzanne Jennifer McClure to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Robert Buckland QC MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the Midland Circuit, based at Leicester County Court and Family Court with effect from 6 January 2020.

Suzanne Jennifer McClure, aged 55 will be known as District Judge McClure. She was admitted as a Solicitor in 1995. She was appointed as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Property Chamber in 2011 and was authorised to sit in the Social Entitlement Chamber in 2013. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2015.
