District Judge Appointment: Mullins

The Queen has appointed Mark Stuart Terence Mullins to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Robert Buckland QC MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at the Central Registry of the Court of Protection with effect from 16 November 2020.

Background Information

Mark Stuart Terence Mullins, aged 59, will be known as District Judge Mullins. He was called to the Bar (L) in 1988. He was appointed as a legal member of the Mental Health Review Tribunal (now the First-tier Tribunal, Health, Education and Social Care Chamber (Mental Health) in 1999.
