District Judge Appointment: Stringer

The Queen has appointed Debbie Michelle Stringer to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Robert Buckland QC MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the Midland Circuit, based at Nuneaton County Court and Derby County Court with effect from 21 October 2019.

Debbie Michelle Stringer, aged 46 will be known as District Judge Stringer. She was admitted as a Solicitor in 2001. She was appointed as a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Social Entitlement Chamber in 2013, and as a Deputy District Judge in 2015.
