District Judge Appointment: Tait

The Queen has appointed John Mark Tait to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Western Circuit, based at Gloucester County Court with effect from 8 November 2021.

Background Information

John Mark Tait, aged 47, will be known as District Judge Tait. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2004. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2019.
