District Judge Appointment: Todd

The Queen has appointed Elisabeth Helen Margaret Todd to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Robert Buckland QC MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the Northern Circuit, based at Carlisle County Court with effect from 16 November 2020.

Background Information

Elisabeth Helen Margaret Todd, aged 53, will be known as District Judge Todd. She was called to the Bar (M) in 1990. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2010.
