Judge in Charge of the Administrative Court
Mr Justice Swift has been appointed as Judge in Charge of the Administrative Court by the President of the Queen’s Bench Division. This appointment took effect from 13 March 2020 for a period of three years.
Mr Justice Swift will carry on in his role as Administrative Court Liaison Judge on the Western, Wales and Midlands Circuits.
