His Honour Judge Ian David Grainger retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 1 May 2019. Notes to editors His Honour Judge Grainger (62) was called to the Bar (I) in 1978 and elected as a Bencher in 2008. He was appointed a Recorder in 2003 and a Circuit Judge in 2009.
