Appointment as a Judge of the First Tier Tribunal, Health, Education and Social Care Chamber: Eden

Appointment First-Tier Tribunal Judge Health, Education and Social Care Chamber (First-Tier)

Faridah Miriam Eden has been appointed as a judge of the First-tier Tribunal on the advice of the Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Sir Ernest Ryder.

The Senior President of Tribunals has assigned her to the Health Education and Social Care chamber, to exercise the Special Educational Needs and Disability, Care Standards and Primary Health Jurisdictions within that chamber, with effect from 4^th November 2019.

Faridah Miriam Eden, aged 46, will be known as Judge Eden. She was admitted to the Roll in 1999. She was appointed as a fee-paid Tribunal Judge in 2014.
