Fiona Elizabeth Henderson has been appointed as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal by the Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Sir Ernest Ryder.
The Senior President of Tribunals has assigned her to the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber to exercise the Mental Health Jurisdiction within that Chamber, with effect from 6 January 2020.

Fiona Elizabeth Henderson, aged 50, will continue to be known as Judge Henderson. She was called to the Bar (L) in 1993. She was appointed as a Fee-paid Judge assigned to the General Regulatory Chamber in 2005, was assigned to the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber in 2007 and then assigned to the Social Entitlement Chamber in 2013.
