Appointment as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Health, Education and Social Care Chamber (Special Educational Needs and Disability): Sean Bradley

Appointment First-Tier Tribunal Judge Health, Education and Social Care Chamber (First-Tier)

Sean Bradley has been appointed as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal by the Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Sir Ernest Ryder.

The Senior President of Tribunals has assigned him to the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber to exercise the Special Educational Needs and Disability, Care Standards and Primary Health Jurisdictions within that Chamber, with effect from 4 May 2020.

Sean Bradley, aged 46, will be known as Judge Sean Bradley. He was called to the Bar (G) in 1998. He was appointed as a recorder in 2018.
