David Matthew Curtis has been appointed as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal by the Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Sir Ernest Ryder.

The Senior President of Tribunals has assigned him to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber with effect from 3 February 2020.

David Matthew Curtis, aged 39, will continue to be known as Judge David Curtis. He was admitted to the Roll in 2009. He was appointed as a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Social Entitlement Chamber in 2019 and appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2019.
