Appointment First-Tier Tribunal Judge Immigration and Asylum Chamber (First-Tier)

Paul Simon Lodato has been appointed as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal by the Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Sir Ernest Ryder.

The Senior President of Tribunals has assigned him to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber with effect from 3 February 2020.

Paul Simon Lodato, aged 42, will be known as Judge Lodato. He was called to the Bar (M) in 2003. He was appointed as a Tribunal Member of the Valuation Tribunal for England in 2016 and appointed as a Chairman of the Valuation Tribunal for England in 2017.
