Stuart McLeese has been appointed as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal on the advice of the Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Sir Ernest Ryder.
The Senior President of Tribunals has assigned him to the Social Entitlement Chamber with effect from 4th December 2019.

Stuart McLeese aged 42, will continue to be known as Judge McLeese. He was called to the Bar (G) in 2000. He was appointed as a fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Social Entitlement Chamber in 2013 and as a fee-paid Judge of the Immigration Appeal Tribunal in 2018.
