The Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Lord Justice Dingemans has appointed Matthew Donmall to be a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Tax Chamber with effect from 23 February 2026.

Matthew Donmall will be known as Judge Donmall. He was called to the Bar (Lincoln’s Inn) in 2006.
