The King has appointed Michelle Brewer to be a salaried Judge of the Upper Tribunal on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Alex Chalk KC MP and the Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Sir Keith Lindblom.
The Senior President of Tribunals has assigned her to the Administrative Appeals Chamber with effect from 13 November 2023.
Michelle Brewer will be known as Upper Tribunal Judge Brewer. She was called to the Bar in 1999. She was appointed as a Salaried Judge of the First tier Tribunal, Immigration and Asylum Chamber in 2020.
