HM The Queen has appointed Zachary Joseph Citron to be a Judge of the Upper Tribunal on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Sir Keith Lindblom.
The Senior President of Tribunals has assigned him to the Administrative Appeals Chamber with effect from 21 February 2022.

Zachary Joseph Citron, aged 56 will be known as Upper Tribunal Judge Citron. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1996. He was appointed a fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Tax in 2015 and a fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Social Entitlement in 2018.
