HM The Queen has appointed Moira Elizabeth Jane Macmillan to be a Judge of the Upper Tribunal on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Sir Keith Lindblom.

The Senior President of Tribunals has assigned her to the Administrative Appeals Chamber with effect from 14 March 2022.

Moira Elizabeth Jane Macmillan, will be known as Upper Tribunal Judge Macmillan. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1995. She was appointed as a fee-paid Chairman of the Police Appeals Tribunal in 2015, as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal of the Social Entitlement Chamber in 2018, as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal General Regulatory Chamber in 2020 and as a Recorder in 2022.
