HM The Queen has appointed Daniel Robert Sheridan to be a Judge of the Upper Tribunal on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Sir Ernest Ryder.

The Senior President of Tribunals has assigned him to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber with effect from 29 July 2019.

Daniel Robert Sheridan, aged 43 will be known as Upper Tribunal Judge Sheridan. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 2006 and appointed as a fee-paid Deputy Upper Tribunal Judge of the Upper Tribunal, Immigration and Asylum Chamber in 2015.
