Appointment as a Member of the Upper Tribunal: Higgin

Mark Anthony Charles Higgin FRICS has been appointed as a Member of the Upper Tribunal on the advice of the Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Sir Ernest Ryder.

The Senior President of Tribunals has assigned him to the Lands Chamber, with effect from 2nd November 2020.

Mark Anthony Charles Higgin, aged 55, will be known as Member of the Upper Tribunal Higgin.
