David Franey has been appointed as a Regional Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales) by the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Robert Buckland QC MP. He has been assigned to the North West Region with effect from 1 July 2020.

David Franey, aged 54, will be known as Regional Employment Judge Franey. He was admitted to the Roll in 1990. He was appointed as a Fee-paid Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales) in 2009 and as an Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales) in 2013.
