Appointment as a Senior Circuit Judge, Central Criminal Court: Khan KC
The Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon has appointed Judith Khan KC to be a Senior Circuit Judge based at Central Criminal Court, with effect from 4 September 2023.
Background Information
Judith Khan will be known as Her Honour Judge Judy Khan KC. She was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1989 and took Silk in 2010. She was appointed as a Recorder in 2007.
